Learn the technique of throwing a pot on the wheel.It is a private session for two so you will not share the wheels with anyone else.
You are firstly shown how to prepare the clay before it goes on the wheel then a demonstration on the technique of centring, moulding and shaping the clay.
Once your pot is completed we remove it from the wheel and prepare it for decoration and painting. You will each have personal one to one guidance throughout. It is a two hour session but you can stay to continue with your painting if needed and if there is space. Throw a pot is not recommended for under 10’s. Work is left a the studio for firing and glazing and ready for collection around 3-4 weeks later.

It is messy so an apron or old clothes is advised.
